At Wildwood Furniture, every piece of furniture is bespoke and handcrafted to order using authentic reclaimed wood. Because each item is uniquely made specifically for you, our returns policy differs from off-the-shelf retail.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellations & Order Changes

Because our items are made-to-order, we have a limited window for cancellations:

  • Before Production Begins: If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we will issue a full refund.

  • After Production Begins: Once crafting has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or offer refunds for changes of mind.

We strongly advise that you double-check all measurements, finishes, timber colours, and design specifications carefully before finalizing your order.

2. Handcrafted & Reclaimed Wood Character

Please note that reclaimed timber possesses natural characteristics, including unique grain patterns, knots, minor cracks, and color variations. These are not considered faults, but rather the unique charm and history of handcrafted rustic furniture.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the specifications of your order, we will absolutely make it right.

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Please email us at [insert contact email, e.g., hello@wildwoodfurniture.shop] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage/fault (including the packaging if relevant).

  • Resolution: Once we assess the issue, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund, including any necessary collection of the item, at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Return an Item (If Approved)

In the rare event that a return is approved by our team:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and securely packaged for transport.

  • Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
