Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer free delivery included within the price of all our handcrafted furniture across the majority of the UK mainland. Because our items are large and heavy, we use specialist furniture couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and is carried directly into your home.
1. Delivery Locations & Regional Routing
While standard delivery is included for most of mainland UK, certain remote regions require specific logistical arrangements:

Standard Coverage: Free delivery included across the vast majority of England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.

Excluded Areas: Due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to West Wales or Northern Scotland (regions north of Glasgow).

Glasgow & Southern Scotland: We personally deliver to Glasgow and areas south of Glasgow once we have grouped enough orders together on a single route to cover transit time and fuel. If we do not have enough group orders ready for your route, we will automatically dispatch your furniture via our trusted courier network to ensure your delivery is not delayed.

Glasgow Local & The Scottish Islands: We have a dedicated, specialized courier based directly in Glasgow. Through this local partner, we are able to fulfill deliveries anywhere within the Glasgow area, including the surrounding Scottish Islands. (Please note: Remote island deliveries may be subject to a regional delivery surcharge—please contact us before ordering to confirm).

Cornwall: Deliveries to Cornwall are fulfilled via our external specialist furniture couriers.
2. What to Expect on Delivery Day
For our standard UK deliveries, we partner with Proovia, a specialist nationwide furniture courier service. This premium service ensures your heavy, handcrafted items are handled with the care they deserve:

2-Man Delivery Team: You don't need to worry about heavy lifting. Every standard delivery is handled by a professional two-person team.

Room of Choice: The drivers will safely carry your furniture directly into your home and place it in the exact room you choose.

Scheduling: You will be contacted ahead of time with a delivery date and a tracking window so you can plan your day.
3. Delivery Access & Preparation
Before your delivery day, please ensure that:

There is clear, unobstructed access to your property for a large delivery van.

Doorways, hallways, and stairwells are wide enough to accommodate the dimensions of your ordered furniture.

An adult is present to accept and sign for the delivery.
